Mar 24, 2016: This once a month workshop series is designed to provide parents in our community wellness tips on how to cope when anxiety and depression arise. Research indicates when parents are stressed so are the children, which in many cases affects the ability to perform at their academic best. While parents are in the workshop, Bay Area Tutoring Association will provide homework, math and literacy support.
