This Spring, Bay Area Tutoring Association held a five day Code Writing for Kids Camp!  Students of all ages partcipated in the computer programming camp, which ran the week of March 31st until April 4th at John Sinnott Elementary School. Camp ran from 8:30 until April 4th, with snack breaks at 9:45 every day.

The 5 day agenda was as follows:

Day 1 – Why Computer Science is Important (Foundation)

Day 2 – Creating Your Own Web Page (HTML and More)

Day 3 – Computer Animation (Games & Apps)

Day 4 – The Power of Coffee (Using Java)

Day 5 – Snakes in the Computer (The Purpose of Python)
