On February 22, 2015, Juniper Networks Foundation, a member of the Benevity Community Impact Fund (American Endowment Foundation) awarded Bay Area Tutoring Association a $1,000 grant in support of its academic enrichment, intervention, STEM and computer science related activities. Bay Area Tutoring Association academic services were brought to the attention of Juniper Network by one of its employees as we are aligned with the Juniper Networks Foundation vision of educating the underserved.
The Juniper Networks Foundation Fund
Since its inception over a decade ago the Juniper Networks Foundation Fund has granted more than $11 million to organizations that make lasting, meaningful differences throughout the world. Juniper has contributed to projects and programs in the San Francisco Bay Area, New Jersey, Bangalore, Karnataka, Orissa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Zambia and South Africa. Our employee-driven efforts have assisted 500 non-profits worldwide that educate and support those in need.
The Juniper Networks Foundation seeks to create a positive impact on the underserved and undereducated by focusing on two groups within the global population that clearly require assistance: women and children victimized by human trafficking and slavery, and K12 science, technology, engineering and math education programs that serve communities in need.

The National Academy Foundation is a leader in the movement to prepare young people for college and careers, and a long-term partner of the Fund.
The Juniper Networks Foundation is also committed to building better lives by stepping forward to aid communities struck by disaster—particularly where global colleagues, customers and partners reside. Juniper also encourages colleagues to engage in volunteerism with organizations in communities where we live and work.
