“Make Your Own App” – A Codewriting Class for Kids!
This spring, about 150 students attended our Make Your Own App codewriting class! Each session was 90 minutes long, at the following locations and dates:
- Curtner Elementary School: Friday March 2 to April 6, 2018
- Sinnott Elementary School: Tuesday March 6 to April 4, 2018
- Spangler Elementary School: Wednesday March 7 to April 5, 2018
- Weller Elementary School: Thursday March 15 to April 12, 2018
Over a course of five weeks, students were taught unlock their inner entrepreneur, by learning how to research and utilize different codewriting tools. By the end of the course, students applied their skills to build their own working application! Great job, student entrepreneurs!
